Tom is a realtor extraordinaire! Oh, in addition to being a fine, trustworthy person. He is always available for phone calls, text messages, emails, questions, discussions, showings, is also attentive to my needs and, importantly, knowledgeable about real estate in this area. He is an excellent listener, and goes beyond my expectations to keep me informed of additional options that I may not have thought about. I’ve never felt pressured in any way, in fact, I value his casual demeanor. When I’m feeling a bit stressed, he keeps calm during time sensitive matters which has a calming effect on me.
